On July 7th 2026, after communication with MCC Theatre reached an impasse, Theater Workers for a Ceasefire called for a boycott of their production of Jonathan Spector’s BIRTHRIGHT due to its violation of the BDS Movements normalization guidelines, which outline anti-Palestinian racism and serve as complicity to the ongoing genocide and illegal occupation of Genocide.
